Step 1 — Browse our Stems

Head to our Shop Florals page to explore our curated collection of premium real-touch silk stems. Each listing includes product details, dimensions, stem type and pricing so you know exactly what you're getting before you buy.

New stems are added regularly as we sources them - so check back often.

Step 2 — Add to Cart

Found something you love? Add it to your cart. You can add as many stems as you need in a single order. 

Step 3 — Checkout

Proceed to checkout and enter your shipping address. We accept all major credit cards and Shopify Pay. Your order is confirmed once payment is processed and you'll receive a confirmation email right away.

Step 4 — We Pack & Ship

Orders are carefully packed and processed within 2–3 business days. Each stem is wrapped to protect it during transit so it arrives looking exactly as it should.

Shipping

Flora Supply Co ships across Canada. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Estimated delivery times are 5–10 business days depending on where you are in Canada. Shipping delivery is not promised.

We do not currently ship internationally - but stay tuned!

Trade & Wholesale Orders

Are you a floral designer or event professional? You may qualify for our Studio Table trade program which includes 20% off retail pricing on all orders.

To apply, visit our Trade Program page and submit your application. Valid business credentials are required. Once approved, your discount is applied automatically at checkout every time you log in.

Custom & Large Orders

Need a large quantity of a specific stem, or looking for something not currently listed? Reach out via our Inquire page and Sue will personally respond within 48 hours. She sources new stems regularly and loves a good challenge.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number and we will make it right — no questions asked.
