Cancellation policy

Payment Options: We offer two payment options for your convenience: full payment upfront or a split payment plan available through our third-party provider.

Retainer: A non-refundable retainer of at least 25% is required to secure your booking. This retainer is applied toward your total balance.

Balance Due: The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 90 days from the booking date. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your order.

Late Fees: Late payments will incur a 10% fee on the outstanding balance, with an additional 10% fee for every seven days the payment is late.

Cancellations: We require at least 90 days' notice for a cancellation. The retainer is non-refundable. For more details on refunds, please refer to our full Return and Refund Policy.
