Q. Do you offer rentals for events other than weddings?
A. While weddings are our primary focus, our elegant floral arches and arrangements are perfect for a variety of special events including corporate gatherings, bridal showers, engagement parties, baby showers, photoshoots, and anniversaries. Please contact us to discuss your specific event needs.
Q. How far in advance should we book?
A. To secure your date, we recommend booking your desired floral arches and aisle flowers as soon as your wedding date and venue are confirmed. Since we carry only one of each unique arch and backdrop design, once an item is reserved for a specific date, it becomes unavailable. Popular dates, especially during peak wedding seasons, can book up quickly, so securing your favorites early ensures they'll be yours for your special day.
Q. Can the arrangements be customized?
A. Absolutely! We love bringing unique visions to life. While our existing arches, aisle flowers, and backdrops offer a beautiful foundation, we can certainly incorporate specific colors and touches to align with your wedding palette. For completely bespoke creations, we offer a dedicated Custom Floral Design & Consultation service.

Q. Who is responsible for setting up and taking down the floral rentals?
A. Our team handles the seamless delivery, professional setup, and efficient teardown of all rental items at your venue. This ensures everything looks perfect and is stress-free for you on your special day.
Q. What is the typical rental duration?
A. Our standard rental period is for one full event day, including delivery, setup, and pickup. Specific times for delivery and pickup are arranged during the booking process.
Q. What distance is included in the reservation price?
A. Free delivery is included within 25km radius of our warehouse in Calgary. A pickup time of no later than 9:00 PM. Pickup times after 9:00 PM can be scheduled for additional fee. Not sure if your venue qualifies for free delivery? Simply provide us your address and we will be happy to let you know.
Q. How much does delivery cost if it is not within 25km of your warehouse in Calgary?
A. If your venue exceeds 25km, we charge $1.59/km roundtrip not to exceed 150km.
Q. What are the pick up fees for pick ups after 9PM?
A. 9:30 PM charge of $200
10:00 PM charge of $250
10:30 PM charge of $300
11:00 PM charge of $350
11:30 PM charge of $400
12:00 AM charge of $450
Q. What does it mean when it says, "price is for 1 set up/location only"?
A. The rental includes one setup and one location. Additional fees will be charged if the rental item is moved from one location to another. (e.g. from the ceremony to the reception)
Q. What if a rental item gets damaged during my event?
A. While we understand accidents can happen, clients are responsible for the rented items during the rental period. Minor wear and tear are expected, but significant damage beyond normal use may incur a repair or replacement fee. Please refer to your rental agreement for full details.
Q. Can I see the rental in person before I reserve?
A. We are unable to offer pre-booking appointments for our rentals. Due to their size, they're stored safely when not in use. We strive to provide you clear photos and videos to give you a great idea of the product quality. For even more visuals, check out our Instagram @FloraArchRentals
Q. I am having issues checking out, is the checkout button not working?
A. To ensure smooth browsing experience, please use a compatible browser like Google Chrome or Safari. Internet Explorer is not supported by our website host, Shopify. If you need assistance, contact us info@florarentals.ca and we will be happy to assist you.
