Q. Are these real flowers or silk?
A. All stems in the Flora Supply Co collection are premium real-touch silk florals - not fresh, not dried. They are engineered to mimic the texture, movement and colour of fresh botanicals as closely as possible. Every stem is personally selected by Sue and used in her own large-scale installations at Flora Arch Rentals.
Q. How realistic do they look in person?
A. That's exactly why this collection exists - because most silk florals don't pass the real world test. Every stem Sue carries has been tested under venue lighting, in photographs, and in large-scale installations. If it didn't pass, it didn't make the collection.
Q. What does "real-touch" mean?
A. Real-touch refers to a manufacturing process that coats the petals and leaves in a soft latex or silicone material, giving them a lifelike texture that feels and moves like a real flower rather than fabric or plastic.

Q. How do I place an order? A. Simply browse the Shop Florals collection, add your stems to cart and checkout. It's that simple! For large orders or custom requests, reach out via our Inquire page and we'll get back to you within 48 hours.
Q. Is there a minimum order? A. No minimum order for retail customers. For trade/wholesale pricing, a minimum order applies — contact us for details.
Q. Can I request a stem that isn't listed? A. Yes! Sue is constantly sourcing new stems. If you're looking for something specific, reach out via the Inquire page and she'll do her best to source it for you.
Q. Do you ship across Canada?
A. Yes - Flora Supply Co ships across Canada. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Q. How long does shipping take?
A. Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Delivery times vary by location but generally 5–10 business days across Canada.
Trade & Wholesale
Q. How do I apply for wholesale/trade pricing?
A. Fill out our Studio Table application to be considered for our trade program. Verified floral designers and businesses receive 20% off retail pricing. Valid business credentials are required.
Q. What credentials do I need for trade access?
A. A valid business license, GST number, or professional portfolio demonstrating active work as a floral designer or event professional.
Q. Can I return or exchange stems?
A. Due to the nature of the product, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will make it right.
