Make Your Wedding Shine

We’ve designed our process to be seamless. Here is how to secure your Flora pieces:

1. Browse our collections and select the pieces that speak to your style. Pick your date & ceremony time on our calendar and click "Book Now" to see instant availability.

 

2. Choose the payment path that works for you: pay in full upfront or secure your date with a 25% deposit. For deposit bookings, the balance is due within 90 days.

 

3. In the "Special Instructions" box at checkout, let us know any specific requests or questions. Once you’ve agreed to the terms of service and checked out, your reservation is secure. Leave the heavy lifting to us - we’ll see you on the big day.

 

The Logistics

Every reservation includes:

• Full Service: Professional local delivery, setup and pickup.
• Calgary & Area: Complimentary delivery within 25km of our Calgary warehouse.
• Timely Pickup: Standard pickup is anytime before 9:00 PM.

Beyond our standard service: If you need delivery outside the 25km radius, or a repurpose from ceremony to reception, we’ll provide a custom quote to perfectly fit your wedding needs.
