Refund policy

As a rental company, our products are returned at the end of the rental period, typically through our scheduled pickup service. Refunds are only issued under specific cancellation circumstances.

  • Cancellations: If you cancel your rental agreement with more than 90 days' notice, we will refund any payments made, minus the non-refundable retainer and any payment processing fees. Cancellations made within 90 days of the event are not eligible for a refund.

  • Damage and Loss: Please refer to our Terms of Service for our policy on damaged or lost items. Charges for damage are not considered a refund but a fee for product replacement or repair.

  • No Refunds for Unused Items: We do not offer refunds for any items that were rented but not used for any reason, including venue limitations, changes in event plans, or inclement weather.
