What's Actually Included When You Rent Your Wedding Arch (No Surprises, Promise)
Share
You know what you want. You've had the Pinterest board for months — maybe years. The warm white and antique gold, the deep botanical green, that quiet "this is exactly it" feeling when you scroll past the right setup.
So now you're at the part where you actually have to figure out: how does this work, and what am I paying for?
Fair question. Here's the answer, no fine print.
What "Renting an Arch" Actually Means
When you book with Flora, you're not just getting a frame with some flowers zip-tied to it. Here's what's in the box:
Design consultation. We talk about your venue, your colours, your vision. If you already know exactly what you want — great, we'll match it. If you're still figuring it out, that's fine too.
Delivery and setup. We show up on your wedding day, install the full arch (and aisle pieces, pillars, whatever you've booked) at your venue, and make it look like it grew there.
Teardown. At the end of the night, we take it all down. You don't lift a finger, and you definitely don't have to figure out what to do with a giant floral arch at midnight.
The arch itself, styled and ready. Whatever combination you've chosen — the Amelia Arch, the Sophia Aisle Flowers, the Kaialee Pillars — arrives exactly as photographed.
That's it. One price, no surprise add-ons.
What It Doesn't Include (So You're Not Guessing)
Travel outside our standard service area may have a small delivery fee — we'll always tell you upfront, never after you've booked. Anything custom — a colour swap, an extra pillar, a specific request — gets quoted clearly before you commit.
No "final invoice surprises." My finance brain won't allow it.
Why This Matters More Than People Realize
A lot of couples assume renting florals means more coordination, not less. One more vendor, one more thing to manage on a day that already has forty moving parts.
It's the opposite. We're the vendor that removes a task from your day. You don't drive flowers to the venue. You don't ask a bridesmaid to "just quickly set up the arch before guests arrive." You don't worry about what happens to $2,800 worth of florals after the ceremony.
You book it once. It shows up exactly as planned. It disappears exactly as promised.
If You Know What You Want — Let's Talk
If you've got the vision and you're just looking for someone who can execute it without forty back-and-forth emails, that's exactly what we do. Tell us your date, your colours, your venue — and we'll tell you, plainly, what's possible and what it costs.
With love,
Sue
